Yoga isn’t about the end goal - although touching your toes or standing on your head tends to happen naturally with practice. The real magic lies in how we embody the qualities of the asana - flexibility, strength, balance, intuition, intention, problem-solving skills, compassion, kindness, relaxation, joy, a faithful heart and so much more.

As these qualities grow within us, they become a part of who we are and are reflected in how we act - making the asana our greatest teacher.
